SUFONAMA Indian Feast - Feb 7th

Fortunately (for me anyway) our SUFONAMA group of scholars in Copenhagen is infused with some Southeast Asian flair with 3 colleagues from India and one from Bangladesh - who all know how to cook! Imrose, Kalyan, and Salim all live in the same Kolligiet (student housing) which also has a spacious common room available for residents to use. We took advantage of their offer to cook us up a feast a few weeks ago as a jump start to our third term.

Now that we are confined to classrooms (unlike our previous courses with more excursions) we rarely all get together outside of class. Everyone had gotten busy with their own schedules and part time jobs etc. Our group is composed of: 3 Indians, one Bangladeshi, 2 Ethiopians, 1 Taiwanese, 1 Thai, 1 Dane, 1 Spaniard, and lil 'ol me.
